How do you compress a Excel document?The original Excel document is not optimized by default. Files usually contain a lot of hidden information (metadata, unused templates etc) and large images. Our application removes all unnecessary data and optimize images.

How do compression ratios differ from each other?GroupDocs.Compressor offers three different ratios - Low, Medium and High. With the High ratio selected, the Excel document has the smalles size but the content might has a lower quiality. The Medium ratio has balance between the compression rate and preservation of content quality. The Low ration guarantees that content remains unchanged, but compressed document size might not significantly differ from the original.
