We are a fair and equitable organisation and want our customers to be happy with their purchase so we give comprehensive pre-purchase support:

  • Free subscription plan so you can test that they will work for you
  • Full technical support for the free subscription plan to help you solve any issues before you buy
  • Easy-to-use interfaces and real-time support so you can understand how the apps work without needing complex guides
  • 14 days grace for failed payments

 
Still, every now and again, a customer asks for a refund. Since our billing is charged per month and you can cancel your subscription at any time we therefore do not offer any refunds.
