Search by word forms is a type of full-text search that, in addition to the word in its original form, also searches for other known word forms. For example, a search is made for a word in the form of the singular and plural, in various forms of verbs, in various cases, conjugations, etc. Moreover, the words in the query can be presented not only in some initial form, but in any form for which they will be found all other supported word forms.
By default, word forms are searched for English words only. However, the GroupDocs.Search full-text search engine provides an interface for implementing word form searches for any language.
An example of searching by word forms is the query "did", for which the words "do", "does", "doing", "done" will also be found in the text.
